Kualitas Pembekalan dan Pendampingan Dosen Pembimbing Lapangan terhadap Perilaku Kerja Mahasiswa dalam Implementasi Metode ABCD: Studi Kasus di UIN Palopo

This study aims to determine the effect of orientation quality and field supervisor (DPL) mentoring quality on students' work behavior during the implementation of the Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) method at UIN Palopo. The research utilized a quantitative approach with a correlational survey design. The population consisted of UIN Palopo Community Service (KKN) students from the 2022 cohort. A sample of 62 respondents was selected using a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected via a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis techniques included descriptive statistics, prerequisite tests (normality, linearity, heteroscedasticity), and simple linear regression analysis. The findings revealed that student orientation quality was categorized as high (41.94%), and DPL mentoring quality was also in the high category (62.90%). The simple linear regression resulted in the equation Y = 7.961 + 4.474X, indicating that orientation and mentoring qualities positively and significantly influence students' work behavior. These results align with Islamic values on professionalism (itqan), as stated in QS At-Taubah verse 105. In conclusion, effective orientation and intensive mentoring successfully shape professional, disciplined, and adaptive student work behaviors.
