Perumusan, Sosialisasi dan Evaluasi Tata Tertib Sebagai Upaya Pendisiplinan Siswa di SMA Negeri 10 Luwu Utara

This study aims to analyze the formulation of the rules of conduct, describe the implementation of the socialization of the rules of conduct, and identify the evaluation process of the rules of conduct as an effort to discipline students at SMA Negeri 10 Luwu Utara. This study used a qualitative approach with a case study approach. Data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis utilized the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The results of the study concluded that: First, the rules of conduct are formulated based on the school's vision and mission, which include provisions regarding school attributes, uniforms, and student hair tidiness. Second, the rules of conduct are socialized through MPLS activities, flag ceremonies, teacher presentations in class, and visual media in the form of rules of conduct posters. Third, the implementation of the rules of conduct through structured supervision and guidance is considered quite effective in supporting student discipline, although some violations still occur requiring further action.
