Acca: Journal of Academic Culture, Curriculum, and Assessment publishes scholarly work in education within its broader institutional, cultural, curricular, evaluative, professional, social, and policy contexts.
Academic culture, curriculum, and educational assessment constitute the journal's principal areas of emphasis. However, these areas do not function as exclusive limitations on the journal's scope. Acca also welcomes interdisciplinary and context-responsive studies that contribute to the development of educational theory, policy, research, institutions, and professional practice.

Acca welcomes manuscripts that offer theoretical, empirical, methodological, policy-oriented, evaluative, institutional, or professional contributions. The journal accepts:
Editorials may be published by invitation or at the discretion of the editorial team.
Manuscripts should demonstrate a clear contribution to educational knowledge, policy, institutional development, curriculum, academic culture, assessment, or professional practice.
Studies should present a clear research problem, appropriate theoretical or conceptual grounding, sound methodology where applicable, and a meaningful discussion of their scholarly or practical implications.
Manuscripts whose principal contribution concerns classroom teaching techniques, instructional media, learning materials, classroom action research, or highly specific teaching practices may be more appropriately submitted to Lontara: Journal of Learning, Teaching, and Research.
Acca provides an academic platform for:
Acca accepts manuscripts written in English or Indonesian.
Every manuscript must include an English title, abstract, and keywords. Manuscripts written in Indonesian may also include an Indonesian title, abstract, and keywords.
English-language manuscripts should consistently follow American English conventions. Authors are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts are written in clear, accurate, and appropriate academic language.
