Analisis Usability Aplikasi Smart Office dalamPengelolaan Arsip Digital di SMKN 2 Palopo

Abstract

This study aimed to comprehensively analyze the Usability of the Smart Office application in digital archive management at SMKN 2 Palopo, specifically focusing on the mechanism of use, effectiveness, efficiency, and overall user satisfaction. This study employed a mixed methods approach with an exploratory sequential design to ensure a thorough investigation. Data were collected through observations, structured interviews, questionnaires, and relevant documentation. The research instruments consisted of interview guidelines, questionnaires, and documentation checklists. Data analysis techniques were conducted qualitatively and descriptively quantitatively to accurately interpret the findings. The results showed that the Smart Office application significantly helped facilitate digital archive management at the school. The application was considered quite effective and efficient because it provided features that were easy to use and suited users' daily administrative needs, although the incoming mail feature had not been implemented optimally since the application was still primarily focused on managing outgoing mail. In addition, users were highly satisfied with the use of the Smart Office application in supporting school administrative management.
